Refunds will only be granted with ten days of your item being recieved. You must email (equinegiftboutique@hughes.net) of your intent to return the item before is is returned. Returns will only be accepted if the items are unopened and unused in resaleable condition in their original boxes. We do not refund the price of shipping either to you or back to us.
Broken Items:
If an item has broken during shipping, notify us by email (equinegiftboutique@hughes.net) We will contact the shipper to pick up the broken item or refund the return shipping if you ship back to us. Upon receipt of the broken item, we will send you a replacement at no additional shipping cost.
